Steve Haze – First Vice President
Steve took on the role of Fist Vice President in September 2008. His motivation to conduct positive change in the organization came as no surprise. Steve has been involved in a number of initiatives for many years at the community and regional level focused on empowerment, environmental, educational, cultural, and economic development programs in the San Francisco Bay Area and San Joaquin Valley.
He grew up in the city of Palo Alto and holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco. Steve’s career has spanned over 30 years based in the Silicon Valley holding various professional positions for small and large high tech, computer and IT companies. He has worked throughout the United States – as well as Europe, Asia and Africa. He is now Program Director for the San Joaquin Valley Leadership Forum a non-profit organization that he founded to further these efforts.
Steve’s insight and professionalism is priceless to the Executive Board. We look forward to more positive changes to come!
