Rooted in Community.
Growing in Resilience.
Serving Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, Tulare & Northern Kern Counties
About Us.
The Yosemite Sequoia Resource Conservation & Development Council (YSRCDC) serves the rural and foothill communities of Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, and Tulare counties. Our council brings together diverse partners, including Tribal Governments, Resource Conservation Districts, Boards of Supervisors, Fire Safe Councils, Community and Economic Development Councils, educational institutions, and other local organizations.
Working with these partners, we design and support projects that address community needs while creating regional impact. Most initiatives begin with concerns raised by local groups; from there, we help secure funding, connect resources, and build capacity to turn ideas into action.
YSRCDC also provides services such as grant writing, program development, fiscal sponsorship, and letters of support to strengthen community-led efforts. Whether it’s environmental conservation, small business growth, or volunteer engagement, we believe the possibilities are endless when we work together.
