
SCALE Microgrant - Scaling Up the Sierra-Sequoia Project Hub and Database
Project Overview
Yosemite/Sequoia RC&DC is expanding and improving the Project Hub and Database (PHD) to enhance regional collaboration, provide easy access to key data, and streamline project sharing across counties. This initiative supports forest restoration and wildfire resilience efforts by making project information more accessible and transparent.
Project Goals:
• Improve project coordination between agencies, counties, and organizations.
• Enhance access to natural resource and socioeconomic data.
• Strengthen regional collaboration for wildfire resilience and forest restoration.
Key Deliverables:
• Add 20+ previously unaccounted-for projects to the database.
• Integrate 5 new technical data layers for improved project analysis.
• Host an online workshop to train collaborative partners on using the platform.
• Develop a feedback form to gather user input and improve functionality.
• Provide a formal progress report summarizing key findings and enhancements.

This initiative builds on the successful pilot version of the Project Hub and aims to provide a centralized, data-driven platform for forest and wildfire resilience projects in the Southern Sierra region.
